Customer information:
When you order from us you agree that we store your information. These details will not be disclosed to third part.

All prices are in Swedish Krona, SEK. At normal price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to make price increases without notice. We reserve the right to backorder. The goods remain property of the seller until full payment has been made. For order amount less than 300 ex VAT will be a minimum order fee of 45: - exc.

All orders are paid by invoice or COD (cash on delivery). New customer who applies to become an invoice customer quotes their personal / org.number and after approved credit check they get credit of 15 days from the invoice date. When you have completed your order, you get an order confirmation by email. If we need to send out a written reminder, a fee of 50 SEK will be charged. International orders are paid in advance, documents are mailed to the customer and after payment is made delivery will be made from us.

All our deliveries will be done by truck, bus, or post according to the size of the consignment. Shipping will be added to all orders. We always use the shipping method that is cheapest for our customers. Customers can state a shipping company that you have an agreement with, receiver fee if desired. Our delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days if the product is in stock. If a product temporarily is out of stock we will notify the estimated time of delivery. Orders arriving to us before 2 pm are usually processed and delivered by us the next working day if the item is in stock.

Transport Damage:
Check if possible the goods with the driver so that the number of packages is correct and that there is no visible damage to the goods. Should you discover damage, report it directly to the driver so it can be noted on the consignment note before signing it. At retrieval at the bus station or post office notification of any damage is made directly to the shipper. Save any packaging as evidence. If damage has occurred, in addition to notifying the shipper also report the damage to us by e-mail at info@bamseprodukter.se or call +46910-88019.

Missing products:
If delivery fails or if something is missing in the delivery please notify us by sending an email to info@bamseprodukter.se or call us +46910-88019.

If the product is not satisfactory, send a email to info@bamseprodukter.se or call us at +46910-88019 before the product is returned. If you want to return goods it must be unused and undamaged packed in original packaging. Shipping and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Unclaimed goods:
If a package is not picked up by the addressed receiver, we reserve the right to charge the registered customer all expenses connected to the return. That is, for the shipping of the product and the actual return cost. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

All prices in the web shop are including VAT. (Prices excluding VAT are shown in brackets)

We reserve the right to sell out products. We also reserve ourselves against image and text errors in the webshop. We reserve the right to change specifications without notice. Ordered goods are delivered substantially in accordance with the description on our website.

Price Changes:
We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices. Price increase may occur, for example if we switch supplier or because of exchange rate fluctuations.

Our products are tested at the factory, its reassuring for our customers to know. We offer a two year warranty on our saw equipment, one year on accessories. Otherwise, we follow our supplier�s terms. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems which occurred during normal handling. For approved warranty contact us for information and instructions, and return documents. Usually the product will be sent to us for warranty inspection. It is important that the invoice copy is attached. A replacement product will be sent immediately to the customer, the invoice attached will be credited if the claim is approved. Guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, handling errors or errors that occur after transformation of the functionality and appearance of the product, such as remodeling or other configuration.
